Building your new home is as important to us as it is to you. Our goal is to make your new home a reality, not just an idea. We take the time and care needed for each step of this journey with you so that when your new home is complete everything will feel right in every way imaginable!
Plan
Your design journey starts with a series of meetings. We'll work together on your brief and discuss budget, site selection etc., during this stage we will also give you an indicative estimate for the project completion based off what has been discussed so far plus any other information that may be relevant to making decisions about where best suited in terms cost effectiveness as well as satisfaction levels
Construction
It's time to start building your new home! Most building companies will assign you a construction supervisor but not DK Homes. Danny, the owner will be your point of contact the entire process so you feel comfortable knowing that you have a direct relationship with the owner business and get the home you want.
Design
We'll develop a detailed plan for your home that takes into account all of the features you want, while staying within budget. From floor plans and specifications to landscaping ideas-we've got everything covered so when it comes time make an offer on this beautiful new construction site there's no question about what will happen next!
Approval
Welcome to your new home! As you get the keys, we will provide all necessary warranties and documents. At DK Homes, our team is always there for support in case anything arises – this is known as ‘maintenance period’. Thank you again on behalf of everyone at DK Homes!
